Lifestyle support program
Something in the diary, every week
The difference between a support service and a life is usually whether there's anything to look forward to. This is the part that puts things in the calendar and keeps them there.
What it covers
A planned mix of regular activities and interests, built around what a person enjoys rather than what happens to be on. Having something in the diary each week is what turns support from a service into a life, and it's often what families notice first.
- Regular, planned activities
- Built around real interests
- Something to look forward to

01
Built from what someone enjoys
We start from real interests rather than from a timetable of what happens to be running. Sport, being outdoors, making things, being around other people, or a quiet standing arrangement that suits someone better.
02
Regular enough to count on
The value is in the repetition. A standing weekly thing builds familiarity, confidence and a bit of routine, and it's usually the first thing families tell us they noticed.
03
Together where it helps
Some of it works better as a group. Over school holidays we bring people together for barbecues and games, which suits people who would not go to a big social event on their own.
Where we work
Available across a two-hour radius of Dalby
