Support that feels like it was made for you

Choosing a provider is a big decision, especially if support hasn't worked out before. Here's what it's like to be supported by Coreability.

What to expect

You'll be known, not managed

At a large provider it's easy to feel like a number in a system, matched to whoever fills the gap. We do the opposite. Alison knows every participant personally and matches each one herself.

Many of the people we support came to us after their previous provider didn't listen or kept changing their workers. With us, they get consistency, someone who actually knows them, and a team that turns up.

Getting started

Four simple steps to the right support

1

A chat, no pressure

Give us a call or send an enquiry. We'll talk through what you're looking for and whether we're the right fit. A real person answers, every time.

2

We meet in person

Alison meets you or your family member to understand personality, preferences and what a good day looks like. This is how every good match starts.

3

We match your worker

We introduce you to a support worker chosen to suit you, someone you can genuinely connect with, not whoever happens to be free.

4

The same faces stay

You see the same familiar workers week after week. As things change, we adjust, and you can always reach us directly.

“I touch base with all our clients on a regular basis, so I know all of our clients personally. I'm also the one that meets them originally, to see what kind of support worker they'll gel with.”
Alison Welke-Towner · Founder & Director
