Alison started Coreability after years in disability employment and seeing support done the wrong way. She built the kind of provider she wished existed: one that genuinely cares about the people it supports and the workers who show up for them.

What we do
Support built around your everyday life
Practical, personal support that helps you live the week you want. Respite, capacity building, meal prep, cleaning and after-hours support too.
Community access
Getting out and doing more of what you enjoy. Fishing, ten-pin, lawn bowls, golf, hikes, BBQs by the river and catching up with friends.
In-home support
A hand with everyday life at home. Personal care, cooking a meal together, medication prompts, shopping and budgeting, your way.
Transport
A lift to where you need to be, from a medical appointment to a day out. Often the difference that makes the rest of the week possible.

Who we support
People of all ages, right across the region
We support children, teenagers, adults and older people, from kids still at school through to people well into retirement. Some need a hand for a few hours a week. Some need someone most days. The goal is always the same: more independence, more connection, and more good days.
Based in Dalby, we travel a two-hour radius across Western Queensland, including Chinchilla, Tara, Miles and the surrounding towns.
