Independent living

Your own place, run the way you want it run

Support in your own home is the setting where a rotating roster does the most damage. Someone new every week means explaining your own house every week. We staff it the other way around.

What it covers

Daily support in the place you live so you can run your own household and your own life. This is the support commonly known as SIL: help with the routine that keeps a home going, the skills that make it easier over time, and the consistency that makes it feel like yours. Our workers learn your routine and stay with you, which is the difference between support that works and support you have to explain every week.

01

The routine that keeps a home going

The everyday running of a household, at whatever level of help suits: meals, washing, the shopping, keeping on top of the place, and the parts of personal care you want a hand with. Support commonly known as SIL.

02

The same faces, which is the whole point

Our workers learn your routine and stay with you. That consistency is the difference between support that works and support you have to re-explain, and it's the single thing people transferring to us most often say they were missing.

03

Built toward your goals

Living independently isn't static. We work on the skills that make the place easier to run over time, alongside your allied health team so what you practise lines up with your plan.

Where we work

Available across a two-hour radius of Dalby

We are based in Dalby and cover roughly a two-hour radius, which takes in a lot of country other providers will not travel to.
