In-home support

Your routine, followed properly

Support at home only works if the person doing it knows how you like things done. That takes the same worker turning up often enough to learn, which is the part we protect hardest.

What it covers

Support with the practical parts of daily living at home. Prompting and help with showering and dressing, cooking meals together, medication reminders, grocery shopping and help with budgeting. We follow your routine, not a template.

01

The practical parts of the day

Prompting and hands-on help with showering and dressing, medication reminders, meals, the grocery run and a hand with budgeting. As much or as little as you want, and done with you wherever you'd rather be involved.

02

We follow you, not a template

There's no standard shift script. Alison meets you before support starts and works out what the routine really is, then the workers learn it. You shouldn't have to re-explain your own home every week.

03

Personal care done with dignity

Personal care is the part people worry about most, and rightly. It is the strongest reason to insist on consistent workers rather than whoever is available, and it's why we match on personality before we roster.

Where we work

Available across a two-hour radius of Dalby

We are based in Dalby and cover roughly a two-hour radius, which takes in a lot of country other providers will not travel to.
